INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT 2025

About ENERJİSA ÜRETİM

Enerjisa Üretim is one of Türkiye’s leading private-sector electricity generation companies and an integrated energy platform combining generation, trading and digital capabilities under a single operating model. Innovation is embedded across all three pillars as a system-enabling capability, strengthening reliability, flexibility and long-term competitiveness throughout the platform. With 4,333 MW of installed capacity across 32 power plants and five generation technologies (hydroelectric, wind, solar, natural gas and lignite), we operate one of the most diversified, flexible and resilient portfolios in the Turkish power market.

As Türkiye’s wind energy leader*, we combine renewable growth with high availability, operational excellence and disciplined investment, helping maintain a reliable electricity supply through consistently high plant availability while advancing the shift toward a cleaner, more flexible and more reliable energy system.

  • ADVANCED ANALYTICS
  • AUTOMATION
  • ASSET DIGITALIZATION

Our generation platform is built on the complementary roles of different asset types and our ability to manage them as an integrated portfolio. Hydroelectric assets provide renewable generation and operational flexibility through reservoir and run-of-river optimization. Wind and solar assets support renewable electricity growth and the transition toward a lower-carbon energy system. Natural gas assets provide balancing capability and system flexibility, particularly during periods of peak demand or lower renewable output. Tufanbeyli Energy Base contributes domestic baseload generation and system adequacy. Integrated maintenance and centralized monitoring systems help us maintain high availability across our portfolio while supporting reliable and flexible operations.

Enerjisa Üretim’s integrated model extends beyond generation to include market and trading capabilities. Through Enerjisa Commodities, we are active across electricity, natural gas and related energy markets in Türkiye and Europe, strengthening portfolio optimization, balancing, risk management and market intelligence. By connecting physical generation with commercial insight, we manage market volatility and create value across increasingly interconnected energy markets.

Digital capabilities form a third pillar of our integrated operating model. Built from our own operational requirements and now serving a broader ecosystem, the Senkron platform combines centralized remote operations, digital products and operational cybersecurity within a single framework. Senkron Digital operates as a dedicated digital business, delivering flagship products including OnePact for performance analytics and CyberPact for OT cybersecurity, supported by the Senkron ROC (Remote Operations Center) for 24/7 monitoring and control, Senkron MOC (Mobile Operations Center) for operational continuity during infrastructure disruptions, and Senkron SOC (Security Operations Center) for real-time OT/ICS cybersecurity. Together, these capabilities strengthen reliability, operational continuity and data-driven decision-making across both our own portfolio and third-party energy assets. Through our AI-powered analytical capabilities, remote operations infrastructure and digital energy management solutions, we position Enerjisa Üretim not merely as a company that generates electricity, but as a technology company that manages data, flexibility and operational intelligence at scale to orchestrate energy assets. In this context, innovation and emerging technologies are embedded into our portfolio. Storage, hybrid renewable applications, green hydrogen pilot, advanced analytics, automation and asset digitalization support reliability, flexibility, sustainability, profitability and long-term system contribution. Rather than treating innovation as a standalone agenda, we deploy it to manage complexity and secure durable advantages across our integrated platform.

We deliver sustainable growth through a balanced and responsible approach to decarbonization. Our Climate Transition Plan sets the direction toward net zero by 2040, while Türkiye’s first site-specific Just Transition Roadmap anchors this transformation on the ground. These roadmaps provide a clear framework for our transition to net zero while strengthening system resilience, protecting biodiversity, promoting resource efficiency and supporting inclusive development.

People are central to Enerjisa Üretim’s identity and to our long-term success. Safety and wellbeing always come first. We believe sustainable transformation starts with empowered colleagues, strong leadership and a culture built on learning, collaboration, wellbeing and trust. Through our commitment to occupational health and safety, continuous learning, diversity and inclusion, women’s participation in the energy sector and community engagement, we contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable energy sector. Our Top Employer recognition, Türkiye’s first fully women-operated wind power plant, capability development and wellbeing programs reflect this commitment in practice.

Throughout our journey, we have consistently translated ambition into execution and set new benchmarks for the sector across renewable expansion, sustainable finance, digitalization and just transition. With its operational scale, high-performing portfolio, integrated capabilities, financial resilience and human focused culture, Enerjisa Üretim creates value beyond electricity generation.

At Enerjisa Üretim, we see value not only in the energy we generate, but also in the people, capabilities and trust that make this generation possible. By combining operational excellence, digital intelligence and responsible stewardship, we seek to create lasting value that extends beyond today’s performance and supports a more resilient energy future. From the all-women team operating Türkiye’s first fully women-operated wind power plant to the teams advancing our digital capabilities, and from local communities to market participants across the energy value chain, our ambition is to create value that is measurable in performance and meaningful in impact.

* Based on TÜREB (Türkiye Wind Energy Association) rankings, Enerjisa Üretim became the first private-sector operator in Türkiye to exceed 1,000 MW of installed wind capacity in February 2026.

TECHNOLOGIES:
HYDRO, WIND,

GAS AND LIGNITE

*Our generation base provides resilience across fuel, weather, market and policy cycles. The high share of domestic and renewable resources reduces exposure to imported-fuel volatility, while flexible hydro and natural gas assets secure system reliability during periods of renewable variability and market stress.

*Each renewable technology has a distinct strategic role within our portfolio. Hydro assets are managed for value optimization and operational flexibility, while wind and solar assets prioritize volume-led generation. The volume orientation is reinforced by the YEKA-2 WPP and YEKA-2024 WPP projects, whose USD-linked revenue structures strengthen generation continuity and revenue visibility regardless of short-term market price volatility. Across the portfolio, we maximize total portfolio value by leveraging thermal reliability, hydro flexibility and renewable output in alignment with long-term decarbonization goals. Solar-based hybrid investments since 2022, with approximately 90 MW of installed capacity, deliver incremental renewable generation through more efficient use of existing infrastructure and grid connections. Solar integration continues through utility-scale and hybrid projects designed to strengthen grid compatibility and intraday balancing.

Image

*The 1,587 MW combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) fleet across three natural gas power plants delivers fast-ramping capability and operational responsiveness, supporting the balancing of intermittent renewable generation and reinforcing system reliability, particularly during periods of peak demand and lower renewable output.

*With 12 hydroelectric power plants and 1,350 MW of installed capacity, we operate Türkiye’s largest hydroelectric portfolio by number of plants in the private sector.

*Wind represents the second major renewable pillar, with 14 power plants and 937 MW of operational installed capacity. In February 2026, we became the first company in Türkiye to exceed 1,000 MW of installed wind capacity through 16 wind power plants.

*The 450 MW Tufanbeyli Energy Base supports system reliability, grid stability and system adequacy by delivering reliable baseload capacity and affordable electricity.

*Türkiye’s first fully women-operated wind power plant at Ovacık demonstrates how targeted capability-building translates directly into the operating side of the business.

Image

*We are scaling our storage pipeline under Türkiye’s evolving regulatory framework. Our pre-licensed development pipeline includes 500 MW of wind paired with 500 MWh of battery storage. This builds on our experience with Türkiye’s first ministry-approved grid-integrated battery energy storage system at Bandırma (2 MW / 4 MWh), which has begun commercial balancing operations. Through Charging Hub, we extend our role into customer-facing electrification. The model combines renewable-powered fast charging, data-driven site selection and an open-access roaming structure, supporting EV adoption while creating adjacent value beyond wholesale generation.

At Enerjisa Üretim, energy starts with people and extends to the impact we create. What we build is not only power generation, but a way of working that connects people, purpose and progress. This is how change starts with us.

HOW WE APPROACH

We start with a people-first mindset.

We believe our strongest capability is our people, and we build our organization around trust, ownership and shared responsibility.

Image

HOW WE WORK

We work as one team.

There is no distance between roles, ideas are valued regardless of level and decisions are taken together. We stay close to the work and move fast when it matters.

Image

HOW WE SUPPORT

We create an environment where people feel valued, heard and supported.

We invest in their development and support their physical, mental and social wellbeing so they are empowered to reach their potential.

Image

HOW WE PROTECT

Safety is non-negotiable.

We operate with a preventive mindset and a strong safety culture.

No outcome is more important than everyone returning home safely.

Image

HOW IT FEELS

People feel part of something meaningful.

They are trusted, listened to and know their contribution matters. There is a shared belief that we solve challenges together

HOW WE CREATE VALUE

This way of working builds a resilient, adaptive and high-performing organization.

It enables us to continuously improve, navigate change and deliver reliable results.

Every step forward strengthens how we create value.

HOW WE CREATE IMPACT

What we do goes beyond operations.

We contribute to communities; support the energy transition and touch lives through the energy we generate. Our people are proud of the purpose they serve and the impact they create.
